Friday, December 9th, Cardio and Cafe

Hi Botts:

Thanks for the well wishes yesterday.  I still not real perky but I feel better today than yesterday.  I will probabIy not have any cardio today but hope to get back on track tomorrow.  My plan eats for today are:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Bar
Snack:  Cinn Crunch Protein Snack
Dinner:  I don't Know
Snack:  Cheese and Crackers

I hope everybody has a great Friday.  Take your vits and drink your fluids.

I am so tempted by tasty seasonal things...peppermint mocchinos and pumkin this and chocolate mint that!

 Hi Melati:

You can still enjoy some of the holiday treats.  If you go to Starbuck's just order the drink that you want "skinny" in the Tall size.  I get a "skinny" hot chocolate, tall with no whip at 190 calories and 11 gram of proteins, this is a doeable treat for me.  Just figure out what you can afford calorie wise that day and enjoy.  I also bought a SF peppermint syrup from Davinici and add that to my NSA hot chocolate at home with a little SF cool whip, it is really yummy!

 Hi Tess and Everyone,

I have been so busy with work that is all I have been doing.  Bad me bad bad me.  I have to say my energies are put everywhere but on me and I need to change that for sure.  Going to take an easy on myself but really want to hit the ground running after the first of the year.

That being said I am here to post my messed up eating LOL

Don't have a clue

As you can see my planning is out the window and it's reflected in my food.  I hope to go to Zumba tonight as I love that and miss it but have to wait to see how long I have to work over.

I friggin LOVE da Vinci's. They do everything sf--lol I wish Starbucks would use them. I had no idea SB's has sf peppermint mochas. It's about time!
