Good Morning BOTTS:

Well I made it through the Thanksgiving Holidays with a 1 lb. loss.  Yay me!  I had hope to maintain but the morning the scale gave me a loss.  I will gratefully take it.  My cardio and eats today are:

7:00 AM 60 minutes on treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Weight Control Oatmeal
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers
Lunch:  Quest peanut butter bar
Snack:  Pure protein chocolate bar
Dinner:  Chicken Salad on Whole Wheat Thins
Snack:  Skinny Cow NSA Ice Cream Sandwich

Have a restful Sunday and don't forget your vits and fluids.  I got most of my Christmas shopping done this weekend and we put the tree up last night.

That is awesome Tess - I hope to be able to say the same thing over Christmas.

I am starting the 5 day pouch test tomorrow - I have spent all weekend reading and getting ready for it.  I did get some Christmas shopping in this afternoon but have more to do.

Thanks Lori.  Good luck tomorrow on the 5 day Pouch test.  I have done it twice.  The first time I lost 8 lbs. The second time only 2 lbs. but I mainly detoxed off of carbs.  Let us know how you do or if you just need support.

I did it once this spring and I cannot for the life of me figure out why I let myself slide back down that slope - NOT GOING THERE AGAIN!

Had very light eats over the holiday. -2 more lbs and really want to get back to jogging (once my legs stop feeling like lumps of lead from weight gain lol)
