Friday, November 18th, Cardio and Cafe

Good Friday Morning BOTTS:

It is a wonderful, cold day in the neighborhood.  I went to the gym once again.  I am getting use to walking inside, in the nice warm building.  My eats and cardio today are:

5:15 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Protein Shake
Snack:  Quest brownie bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein chocolate chip bar
Snack:  Laughing cow cheese spread and 5 carbmaster crackers

3:45 PM 1 hour walk

Dinner:  Tuna Salad on whole wheat sandwich thin
Snack:  Kay's BBQ Mix snack bag

I hope everybody has a great day and remember to drink your fluids and take your vits.

this is the "plan for today"

EM- coffee x 2
B- 2 egg whites, 1/2 c cottage cheese w/ few fresh blueberry's and sunflower seeds, 2oz turkey breakfast sausage
S- EAS ( not sure if I should have this)
L- chicken breast, olive and cheese salad
S- coffee
D- pouch of tuna, with olive and cheese salad
S- yogurt
I realize something ...it's not my meal/snacks that are planned..that is stopping me from loosing ...it is my eating outside of that...I am saying this because my plan is/will work if i stick to it...i need help...going to see what i can find on my own about eating disorders...(can't afford counseling) It is my addiction...how did i go so long with out doing this tho..? what drove me before to get outta bed at 4am and exercise ( i still get up that early) wish i had someone to talk to about it....

Good Morning and Happy, Happy Friday!  The wind has stopped, which only means one thing, SNOW. They say it will start this afternoon and end up with 6-12 inches by tomorrow afternoon.

Eats:

B-Alternative bagel w/egg, munster cheese & SF rasberry jam, greek yogurt
S-String cheese
L-Romaine w/turkey, feta, walnuts, pomegrante seeds & rasberry vinagrette
S-Quest Bar
D-Chipotle pork tenderloin, brussel sprouts, salad w/sweet potatoes, black beans & quinoa
S-SF hot chocolate (enjoyed w/hubby in front of warm fireplace)

Cardio:

45 Minutes on elliptical after work.

And tomorrow morning my daugther and I are going to breakfast and out to see Breaking Dawn, so excited for some alone time with her.

My hormones must be all over ... I feel like PMS on steroids (not good).
But the day is beautiful, cold but sunny.  I need the sun. Hope I feel better soon.
 
Autumn an winter is what I make a lot of soups.  Good hardy, meat and veggies soups... There is nothing more soothing than coming home late, when it is cold and warming up a nice bowl of soup. 

eats today will be easy:
coffee + coconut milk
soup with 1/2 flatout
dark chocolate (why not?)
protein muffin
protein shake and protein muffin...
some dinner: not sure... maybe fish with veggies or something special..

5am work out only did weights

L: peice of cheese ended up throwing it up. i was ill the remainder of the day.
