Saturday, November 12th, Cardio and Cafe

Good Saturday Morning Everybody!

We are in for a beautiful Weekend here in Mississippi.  I have a busy schedule today so I will probably not be back online today.  My eats and cardio for today are:

7:00 AM 75 minute walk

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal with SF brown sugar and cinnamon
Snack:  Pure Protein Chocolate Bar
Lunch:  Peanut Butter Quest Bar
Snack:  Laughing Cow Spread with 5 carbmaster crackers

3:45 PM 75 minute walk

Dinner:  Grilled Chicken and Green Beans
Snack:  Protein Pudding
