Tuesday Cardio/Cafe
Well, here I am, got up at 3:15 this morning. Just like back in the day, where I would worry about forgetting something for school! I've already got my clothes together and my breakfast and lunch are made . Today's food plan:
Breakfast - Fage 0% w/strawberries
Snack - Click! Thank God, that this stuff give me some energy!
Lunch - Protein drink, cheese chunks
Dinner - TJ's pot roast w/veggies

Tuesday's menu:
Early - Balance protein bar and coffee on the train
B - greek yogurt with strawberries, grapes and bananna
S - Starbuck's ff latte
L - 1 cup chili
D - Chicken picatta (chicken breast, mushrooms, green onion sauted in lemon and white wine) w/ 2 brocolli spears and 1 tbs brown rice.
S - sf chocolate pudding w/ a little whipped cream

Hi everyone:
I guess better late than not posting. I was really hungry today. I get up at 3 am too sometimes. Sometimes my blood sugar is very low at that time of the morning. Sometimes I am hungry. Sometimes I just wake up. I think it is mid life stuff because it happens to my friends too.
B: whole wheat bread, turkey pastrami and fat free cheese 160
S: cheesecake and clementines 170
L: chicken, veggies and mashed potatoes 300
S: cheesecake and apple and a nut crunch bar (should not have had that) 370
D: chicken, veggies and mashed potatoes 300
S: cheesecake, apple, nut crunch bar, chicken and veggies sandwich thin. 600
1900 calories and I didn't get to my gym....that is why I am where I am
