Back On Track Together
Repost Weigh****chers
I lost 110 lbs. on Weigh****chers and Richard Simmons before surgery. I am a lifetime member. After surgery my surgeon's receptionist suggested that I join Weigh****chers because the hospital's dietitian charged $270 per visit...prepaid cash and I couldn't afford follow up appointments. The problem I had was that they had bookcases full of their low calorie/high sugar snacks on the wall behind the leader. People were buying arms full of these little carbohydrate filled products. They really increased my appetite looking at them for an hour each week. They were low calorie and only a "point or two" each. I don't dump so I was able to eat them but they played havock on my blood sugars. Finally I decided that Weight Watchers was no longer for me as long as the "products" were marketed. Just me
Have you tried TOPS? I did not like them either but again this works for some. I thought it was more of a social club than a real focus on losing weight but this is cheaper than WW.
Finally have you tried Myfitnesspal.com? It is wonderful too and free of charge and you can log your food and exercise on the site. Check this site out if you have not. Let me know if you like it and I can send you an invite to your email address or you can look me up. My username over there is Mollie1037.
Have a wonderful weekend!
