Just me,
Don't you just love greek yogurt!!!  Even my husband tried to eat some of my Fage, but I told him that I can find him a much better type of greek yogurt.  Fage is too expensive, to have to share!
Have  a good day!

Deb:

I've been eating Dannon Greek yogurt - plain and no fat.  I like the texture and the taste.  It is only 80 calories and it is $1.19.  I get Chonaki (spelling?) at Sam's for my husband and it is under $1.  It has 140 calories per container and added sugary fruit.  Thanks for pointing out to me the lower calorie Greek yogurt.  When I first started eating Greek yogurt it was full of fat and sugar and up to 270 calories

Res2977,
Your mini bagel breakfast looks good.  Since I try not to eat breads, I use my muffin pan and layer the canadian bacon, scrambled egg and top with cheese.  It's really good and I don't even miss the bagel ( I DID  like my bagels) ! Another great make ahead meal.

I STILL love bagels (and all other forms of bread!), but thank god my pouch hates them!  I found the mini bagels at Aldi and I can eat one as long as it is toasted well.  One or 2 bread items a week is my limit!!!
