Back On Track Together
Happy to be back and see so many new faces!
I just got out of the hospital again on Friday. Sooo good to be home. They made a lot more medicine changes, I'm still trying to get used to them, so I'm a bit slow. It's nice to see so many new faces, I can't wait to go back and meet our new members and read what's been going on this past week. The positive side of depression is having no appetite, I'm down 17 lbs. in the past few weeks. Still living and loving my protein drinks. My food plan for today:
Breakfast - banana lean dessert protein drink
Lunch - ricotta cheese, 1/2 shake
Dinner - protein drink w/grilled veggies

Hi Deb: Glad you're back I miss your posts. I was wondering where you were. Anyways I am glad you are feeling better. We had such a long winter this year but Spring is really trying to settle in. Once we get out in the sunshine we will all feel better. I bet you can't wait to put on summer clothes with the 17 lbs. off. I know it wasn't an easy way to take off the weight but enjoy the results anyways... Take it easy and keep Botting! We're all here for you Just me
