I eat Dannon Greek yogurt plain and a piece of fruit and Nature Valley Nut crunch bars at bed time (high in healthy fat so some people may dump on it???).  I also eat baked or regular tostitoes (not much difference in calories) with reduced fat or fat free cheese and salsa.  It is easy to eat 250 calories in a very small plate of these though so probably not the best choice.  I eat Pure Protein bars occationally.  I carry one in my purse for low blood sugar attacks.  I am interested in what other people are eating.  I am in a rut and could use some good ideas.  Just me

Hi Jessica,
Well, my favorites are Fage 0% mixed a sf flavored syrup.  Think thin caramel bars are great and filling for be so little.  Ham and cheese rolls dipped in sweet/spicy mustard.
Hope it helps!

My favorites are:
*Celery and laughing cow cheese wedge
*Tzaziki sauce made with greek yogurt (I use Eggface's recipe) and veggies to dip
*Apple or bananna slices with peanut butter
*1/2 cup bean salad - I have 5 or 6 recipes that I keep in the fridge for snacking or easy lunches.
*Grapes, brie wedge and gorganzolla crackers (local grocery store favorite)

Enjoy!

I just remembered my "nuked" apple.  You cut up an apple and microwave it for 2 minutes.  Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top and chop a couple walnuts on top.  Drizzle with sugar free pancake syrup.  You feel like you've eaten something sinful!  Just me

I make my own baked tortilla chips using pita bread or low carb whole wheat wraps. Simply spray with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle with salt, bake in 300 degree oven for 5-7 mins. I pair them with a couple tablespoons of hummus or mango salsa

I like cottage cheese or greek yogurt with cocoa or cinnamon almonds

Wasa flat crackers with some hummus and sprinkle of feta cheese

Wrap a light string cheese in two slices of low sodium turkey breast, microwave for 15 seconds or throw on George Foreman grill for a minute and dip in low fat honey mustard

Cottage cheese doubles with fruit topping and a sprinkle of granola

Slice of french toast - 1 slice of fiber one 50 cal bread brushed with 1 egg white and tossed on a spray nonstick skillet. 1 tablespoon of sugar free maple syrup with half a sliced banana and sprinkle of chopped walnuts - yum!

PB2 (powered peanut butter) mixed into a small container of fat free greek yogurt with a packet of splenda and one small sliced apple for dipping

Protein power banana choclate chunk muffins from Trader Joe's with a hardboiled egg OR a light string cheese

Hope that helps!

Stephanie
