S: cheesecake and clementines
D: ahi tuna, ww pasta, veggies
S: cheesecake, banana and nut crunch bar

S - celery w/laughing cow cheese
L - Cannelinni bean salad with shrimp
S - strawberries, bananna and grapes
S 2 - FF latte
D - 1/2 cup sloppy joe w/12 whole wheat crackers
S - 1/2 cup sf chocolate pudding w/ whipped topping
