L: turkey and rf cheese sandwich and salad
S Greek yogurt, soup and pear
D: turkey meatloaf, potato, soup, crackers and reduced fat cheese 
S  nut crunch bar and ccheesecake

B - 1 egg omelette w/2 sl bacon, 3 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 oz. cheddar cheese, mushrooms and 1/2 english muffin 2/ SF apple butter
S - 1 oz. jerky
L - 1/2 c. Crab salad and 8 crackers
D - 1 c Chili
S - 1/2 c slow churn ice cream
