Friday Cafe and cardio

Hi everyone

Yesterday I went to my healthclub to do my 1/3 sprint tri and I jogged half of the 1 mile walk.  When I got to the locker room I felt punky so I sat and drank my water before the swim.  I took a quick shower after that and went home.  I was shaking and confused.  My dog was really bugging me so I checked my blood sugar and it was 25.  So I need to eat less and exercise more to lose but then I get low blood sugars.   I will see how my day goes today.

B: eggbeater sandwich
S: Greek ypgurt, grapefruit and fish soup
L: spinach salad, salmon, yam, fish soup
S: Greek yogurt, clementines
D: Salmon, ww toast, salad
S: Greek yogurt, apple, nut crunch bar and fish soup

1/3 sprint tri and cleaning.

Hi- Iam new to this group (but an old post-op...6yrs out). I am trying to figure out what exactly the "cafe/cardio" thing is...where people post what they plan to do each day with meals & exercise??
Anyway, I noticed you seem to like Greek yogurt. I have a fabulous recipe for making it yourself- its real easy- where you can use non-fat milk and have it come out absolutely creamy & rich. I have homemade yogurt always in myfridge cos you eat it a lot with Mediterranean food...and you dont need a machine- all you need is a pot and a bowl to store it in...saves a lot of money. Let me know if you want it!

Would you please post a new topic and call it Greek yogurt recipe so I can go back and retrieve it whenever I want to.  Thank you so much.  Yes cafe/cardio is where we plan the day.  sometimes I have to edit mine because it ends up so different.  Just me
