Tuesday Cardio/Cafe
Good morning BOTTers!
I'm looking forward to a good day. Switching over to some of my meds, hopefully, they'll kick in soon. My appetite is still really down, (something positive)! My plan for today:
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - 1/2 banana
Lunch - protein shake
Snack - 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
Dinner - naked chicken nuggets w/veggies

I am a former WETEO from the main board and really miss the accountability. I recently joined this group and look forward to getting back on track! I am just over 2 years out. I've been stalled at 190 (down from an all time high of 324 and 306 the morning of surgery) for about a year now. I need to get the remaining weight off before the scale starts moving in the wrong direction!
B - 1/2 c. cottage cheese and coffee with FF milk
S - protein bar and coffee with FF milk
L - salad w/ 3 oz. crab meat and diced red peppers
S - celery w/ laughing cow lite cheese wedge
S2 - 1/4 cup almonds
D - 2 oz. lean pastrami meat and sauteed zucchini

It's always nice to meet other people, see how their coping with their eating issues. I'll be trying to do some yoga today, and start slowly with walking. The dr. thinks that I should probably start slow. My food plan for today:
Breakfast - protein drink, 1/2 banana
Snack - ricotta cheese
Lunch - protein drink
Dinner - 1/2 cheeseburger w/low carb bun
