Happy Friday!
Today, I have gymnastics with my GD.  That's always a good way to start my day!  My food plan:
Breakfast - 1/2 c. steel cut oatmeal
Lunch - ham, cheese and pickle rolls
Snack - veggies w/fage dip
Dinner - honey-mustard chicken, roasted veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

I had a rough couple of days-cravings like you wouldn't believe.  I ate more than I wanted to but not as much as I could've :-)

I guess we all have days like that.

B-protein shake
S- Protein shake
L-pickled ham and cottage cheese
D-beef roast and brussel sprouts.

Keep on keeping on!

Breakfast: Eggbeater omelet and whole wheat toast
Snack: Greek yogurt
Lunch: brat, brown rice, spinach
Snack: protein bar and 2 chocolate chip cookies
Dinner: 4 oz. chicken breast, Greek yogurt, orange
Snack: 2 slices whole wheat bread, deli turkey and fat free cheese slice, sugar free cocoa
