Recap of January and February Goals

Molly S.
on 1/31/11 10:57 am - Chicago, IL

In January I lost 11 pounds total and exercised 1,476 minutes.  I only count exercise I do with my HRM.  My goal was 10 pounds and 1400 minutes.

For February I am going to try to lose another 8 to 10 pounds and exercise 360 min each week and go to gym a minimum of 3 days a week. Since I am good with exercise, I am going to continue to mainly focus on clean eating and clean eating for me is protein 1st, and then veggies and fruits and limiting processed foods.

I am feeling so good about my progress and my mindset right now and I am going to keep it going!  Your support means so much to me!  What are your goals for February?

Molly... So happy for you...   can you tell?

I am OK. A lot of stress at work... and I medicate myself with wine too often.  But still maintain .. +/- 5 lbs.  Need to exersice more... but that will come too. Now it is cold and I am dealing with a lot of issues.  One day at a time.

Way to go, Molly!! That's really awesome. Sometimes something just "clicks", doesn't it? Aside from wanting that click to occur for me (lol) I'd also like to lose the 8 or so pounds I picked up over the holidays. I have two must-dos: LOG EVERYTHING, EVERY DAY and exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. I want to be able to say I did that for the entire month of February. Looking forward to your continued wisdom and updates! You can do it!! :)

Best,
Stephanie

Thanks Stephanie!  Where do you log your food at?  I use Myfitnesspal.com.

Hi Molly! I really like www.thedailyplate.com because it's very rare that what I'm eating isn't listed in the food database there so takes the work out of it. Lots of helpful (and free) tools for tracking weight and progress and some really good support forums, recipes, etc. Again big congrats!
