Good morning!
I had a great day yesterday. Today I plan on getting a little more walking in.  I don't want to push too hard, still having back pain.  My food for today:
Breakfast - fage w/kashi go lean
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - chicken w/roasted peppers
Snack - fresh veggies w/yogurt dip
Dinner - steak w/veggies 
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
I'm looking forward to a good day!

Good afternoon Deb.  I'm working it. Vitamins and fluids are good and I got a short walk in and may get one in later.  Going to the chiropractor tonight and maybe by my father's house.
