Tues Cardio/Cafe

Well, it's been quite a while since I've posted. I've been in a funk and have been feeling sorry for myself, but it's made me feel even worse because I've gained. I've noticed that no one has posted a daily cardio/cafe in a long time. So here I am, even if no one else comments to the daily post. This is the only way for me to plan out my daily foods and workout along with a daily weigh in. 183 lbs. today.
My food for today:
Breakfast - fage w/kashi go lean
Snack - almonds
Lunch - small salad w/chicken
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - meatballs w/italian salad
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
I will try doing some walking, I can't do anything strenuous until I start physical therapy for my back.
As of today, I am back on track!
I can do this and I will do this!!!

Deb, i usually post on the RNY board in a daily tread.    
It is good to put down in writting (for me)  to make sure I keep track of food I am suppose to eat.
