August Goals - Second week - please report.. - or join us...

kinda late in this but...My husband has decided to eat healthy with me..he started last week and has already lost 3 lbs ! good job...

goals for me are
1. no night grazing
2. NO sweets ( candy , cake, ice cream..NONE)
3. start taking vitamins like i should.
4. exercise....( plan on joining the gym this month)

thats my start anyway
ohh and i need to post post post.....keeps me accountable i suppose

Supper... there is start - knowing what to do... then do it - one thing at a time...
