 It never ceases to amaze me how easy it is to Get Back on Track! The real trouble is staying on track. I finished the 5 DPT and feel empowered....lets hope I can stick with it. Time to add the ever important running back into my schedule.
 How do you guys stay motivated??

Join my August challenge.  ( afew post below)  And look for weekly - or twice a week posts... (Monday - Friday) 
Challenges keeps me motivated.

For me, motivation waxes and wanes. I keep nosing about the boards and my pouch really helps me and since I'm not yet to goal... that motivates me too. And the idea of maybe being able to get plastics for the shrinkles in the future once I get to goal is a big motivation too.  Feeling better and looking better certainly helps, too.
