LOL!!  Right now I am really seeing how many things have aspartame in it.  I am not sure I believe it messes up the brain, but was working on eliminating it because of weight loss.  I had gotten away from clear water and was using the crystal light and Hawaiian punch for most of my water every day.  Now I am down to one.  I started weening myself off of it.  And I see the difference in my cravings for sure.  So I think there is definitely something to the weight loss theory.

I did not know about the brain stuff, but that is useful INFO.  I am sure that is for an excess of usage.  If I eliminate these water packets the only thing I will have is gum and equal that I use on occasion.  I am glad I decided to reduce aspartame intake.

Thanks for caring.  And feel free to share whatever knowledge you make have.  I just am one not to buy into all these studies they have because they change like the wind.

I have seen so many reports - and I know that if I start using any - I get headaches.

I know they are a lot of hypes and controversy - but even a good few years back when any reports like that have been challenged in courts - and people were sued for publishing info like that - nobody challenged the neurotaxisity of the aspartame.  The lack of reaction from a major manufacturer - scared me more than any reports that were published.  That meant for me that there must be something that they know for sure - and do not to open the issue because it would create a lot of problems for them.

and many more...

For a formally obese person - I know that my body doe snot process food and toxin the same way some skinny people do.  So I made a decision to try to  help my body with issues like that.

Have a great week!

Thanks Marisa!  I lost one pound this week and I exercised 5 times last week.  I think my weight training is slowing down my weight loss.  But inches are coming down because this weekend I tried on some outfits that I could not wear over the summer and they fit wonderfully!!

Have a good week!
