Full recovery from relapse.

Perseverance - Never giving up on our health and self.
Patience - unhealthy habits will take time to overcome, so do not beat yourself if it takes time and many relapses to overcome them.
Positive - thinking and attitudes.

After my relapse in June, I have now recovered.  I re-lost the 12 pounds I gained in June.  I keep in mind perfection is not the key, consistency is the key.  I am so happy to have recovered.  I did so with your help and my determination to get back on track.  I kept repeating my new motto - The 3 P's.  I am now officially losing again.  I am at my lowest weight this year.  It is only a little but I will take it because I am not gaining.

Now that I have learned my lesson form the last six weeks, I am ready to keep going and be consistent until I reach the dreaded plateau or reach my goals and milestones.

This month my goal is to lose 10 pounds.  I with do this by being consistent with food most days and exercising most days also--no less than 5 days of exercise per week.

Thanks again for your continued support!

Congratulation Molly.  I am really happy for you.
I look forward to read your posts.  I may not get on line every day, but once I do - I read them.  Sometimes I comment - sometimes not.
Just remember - I always think of you and send you good vibes and wishes when I think of OH and people who help me being on track.

I worry when i do not see you post for a few days.  (as you know).
If you even decide - in the future that you are too busy to do that  - just let us know.  I say "us": since I believe there is ore than just me that you are the inspiration for.

God bless.  Thanks for all the positive words.

Thanks Hala!!!

And Hala you are such a inspiration for me also!  I see you have reached your goal and working hard to maintain it too!!  This helps me see what I need to do to maintain when I get to goal!!

I am so glad posting helps you.  And you don't have to comment, I totally understand.  As long as I see others have viewed it I feel someone has benefited.  I don't respond to all posts either but beleive be I can take something away from every thing I read.

It helps me to because if I post I have to read them myself and I have to come to OH.com also.  So I am going to see what is here that can encourage me for the day.  I see the boards have slowed up and I think that is because it is summer time and this is understandable. So I guess we can hold down the fort until the fall rolls in.

We have to help each other!! That is what OH.com is all about!

Have a wonderful weekend!

That´s awesome Mollie! Congratulations on getting your goals under control again. i relapsed too at the end of last year and gained almost 20 pounds. I´ve now lost all of those and am looking at only 8.5 lbs more to lose for my first goal.
I´ve read a lot of your posts and benefited from them tremendously. You have no idea how often I say to myself "Do the next right thing."
I was just talking to a friend who has weight problems too and was giving her this tip. It´s been by far the best advice I´ve ever gotten.
Good job and thanks for being here for all of us.
I really appreciate your kind words to everybody.

Thanks Marisa!!!

And congrats to you too!!!  You success story tells me I can reach my goals, I just have to be very patient and I am so surprise how well I am doing and not being too hard on myself because I have not lost more weight by now.
