Good morning fellow BOTT'ers!

I'm back from my trip to Austria. Actually came back late on Tuesday. I've been so busy and jet lagged since my return. I had a great trip and of course, great eatings! I joined a fitness center and exercised there 9 times on the elliptical and 1 time at home during my trainer workout.

It was not easy, meals were way off my time. Dinners were between 8 and 10 pm. Everything was cooked over the stove and many times fried. Ugh...
I did eat cakes and chocolates. They were way too fresh and tasty. Breads too....

But, to my surprise at weigh****chers on Saturday, I lost a pound! Go figure. I thought I gained like 5 to 10 pounds. YAY!!!!!

Today I am up on my elliptical to 45 minutes burning 460 calories.  I'm feeling like speedy gonzales!

Today's meal plan:
B- 1 jumbo hard cooked egg with radish slices.
L - mixture of chicken and turkey over a mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar.
D - not sure yet.
S - low fat yogurt and chocolate rice cake with peanut butter. Yummo!

I sure missed my food and schedule. It's good to be back,

My revision surgery is only 44 days away. I'll be rockin' with my DS.

Take care! Have a great BOTT day.

I was so far off track I dont think there was a track (lol).  Its funny how all it takes is the ability to do something once and don't see any immediate results for it to become a habit.  If I could only do this on the positive side of my life I would be so much happier.  Okay my admission is that in the last 7 months since I relocated to Charlotte, I have gain about 25 lbs.....yes I am so ashamed.  Especially knowing how hard I worked to get the weight off.  Maybe if my clothes had gotten to small then it would have been a lot sooner when I got back on track.
Well this morning I decided I had had enough of being sick and tired and I was taking back authority over my eating.  I got up and walked 2 miles before work.  All day I have been doing protein shakes.  I want to bring my pouch back to a size where eating to much is going to be extremely uncomfortable..  I need control back.  I have had a lot of water so I know thats filling but I plan on having soup for dinner.  I have a long road ahead of me but I am finally....
BACK ON TRACK!!!!
The battle is the Lord's but the victory belongs to me!!!
