Tuesday Cardio and Cafe

Good morning fellow BOTT'ers. It#'s 9:30 am time here in Austria.

You are all probably sleeping.

Yesterday I did my own trainer workout using a band and floor length coat rack. It worked out fine. Now I have to control my eating. It's hard because of lack of some foods that I am used to having available but I did find some good buys.

My goal for today is no bread whatsoever. Planning on some aerobic type of exercise. I have a dancing DVD that I will try.

My GI tract is sluggish. Another reason to eat the right foods.

Weather is still cool here and cloudy- I miss the sun-

Good morning Lucy and Botters,
Lucy, I hope that you are enjoying your vacation.  It's too bad that the weather is not cooperating.  I have one more day to enjoy peace and quiet before I get my granddaughters for the rest of the week. :) They are certainly active little buggers, but I love them!  My food for today:
B/L/Snack - Protein drinks
Dinner - Steak w/grilled veggies
Bedtime Snack - Fage w/s.f. caramel

Hi Deb. The weather got better late in the afternoon. Still cool though.

Today we are going to the lake.

Sounds like you will be busy with the granddaughters coming over and stay at your house.

Good morning everyone....today i am going to start liquids for a couple of days  ....see where it helps me improve...wish me luck!!  may check out the 5 dpt....think my thinking is along these lines anyway....

i did not make it Lucy..well i did until i got home and started cooking dinner for family....i dont know what is wrong with me....i even ate this morning ( sonic)  ...and u know i was not hungry all day the liquids dont bother me physically it's mentally.... stress stress stress.....tomorrow seems to never come...
