First Day of Summer Challenge - Is it getting harder?

 Hey Botts,

How was the weekend?  Did you stay on track or take a U turn?  I was so busy playing on my virtual farm called FarmVille I had not tended to my own yard.  So I spent the weekend pulling weeds and getting the flowers and veggies planted.   Yeah I know I am a little late in planting.

So this was great workout for me, my squats were great

Maintaining my weight nicely.  Good food - as per pouch rules, and in spite of a head cold - i went to 2 yoga classes this weekend.  But the rest of the weekend - belly up.  The head cold got the best of me.  I still have it and i hate it.
One day at a time...

Looks like I did well this weekend.  Got on the scale this morning, did not lose, but did not gain either, so I'm pleased.

Using today to really seek suppor,stay focused and determined.  Reading WLS literature to help keep me on track.
