Dinner - Chicken w/grilled veggies
Bedtime Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
I hope that the sun is out in your neck of the woods, have a great day!

Good morning Deb and all the rest of the BOTT family

Have been on track all weekend but just plain lazy.  Friday was one of those days when the tail wags the dog - did walk .8 miles in the mall after work.  Saturday, what can I say, I vegged out all day, yesterday was a tiny bit better (tiny is the operative word here) - I made a gazillion trips from bedroom to laundry room.

Today - a few stairs and walking in the mall after work

Food:  I do have a plan, but not all that different from other days so will just say it will be CALS;  1396   CARBS - 62g      PROTEIN:  157g  Am still losing from last week's pig out.  Why do I do that?  I know I'm not going to be a happy camper (actually if I had to CAMP I wouldn't be happy at all - my idea of roughing it is if I don't have maids bring me clean linens everyday in a nice motel. - I can be a little green   LOL) when I pay the price for pigging - but now and then I do it anyway.  Must say I enjoyed it at the time - but now grrrrrrrrrrr

Oh well, I'm back on track and happy - who could ask for anything more?

Oh yes, did I mention my job probably isn't going to be funded next year so am job hunting. Even so, I stayed on track so that's  a growth behavior

The sun is shinning here in Texas and I am hoping I can get back on track and stay there. My plan for today is:
B - Protein Drink
L - Weigh****cher Smart One
D - Tilapia (?) with vegetables
S - Protein Drink

Pray for me because I am having a very difficult time staying on course. I have put back about 30 lbs and hate it. Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning Deb and fellow BOTT'ers!

Yes, we had a beautiful and summer-like weekend. I am hoping for a nice Memorial Day weekend since our outdoor pool is opening this weekend.

Gardening will burn off a lot of calories, Deb. Good for you!

I've had a hard time staying on track this weekend but am right back on track today. I stayed the same on the scale on Saturday. Grrrr!!! After working out so hard and not eating much.

Today I am going to my ortho doc for my right knee. I hope he gives me a shot, the first of 3 (one a week) so that I can go on my European vacation without pain. I was able to do 41 minutes on the elliptical today, sweating like a pig! LOL.

Today's meal plan:

B - jumbo hard boiled egg with radish slices.
L - lean pork loin sliced over a mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar.
D - not sure yet.
S - Dannon Lite Yogurt.

4 Optisource Vitamins and lots of water. Water shouldn't be difficult today because of the heat!

Wishing everyone a great BOTT day.

Lucy

Good Morning Everyone!

Glad to hear you all had a nice weekend. It has been raining all weekend here, but we really needed it.   My grass is actually turning green from the previous straw color.  Rain is predicted on and off until Wednesday.

I had a very relaxing and restful weekend.  Saturday I visited Starbucks and must have received a drink without the sugar-free syrup I ordered.  About 30 minutes after I finished my drink I became very ill and then I was down for the count for 3 hours. I get very tired when I consume too much sugar so I was in dreamland getting zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz's.

I was BOTT for the weekend and enjoyed my fresh veggies from the visit to the Farmer's Market on Thursday.

Today I had to wait to get to the office to post, my laptop was being very uncooperative and would not allow me to post at all.

My plan for today is

1. coffee w/creamer
2. Vanilla Click, vanilla protein, fitnutz shake
3. HW protein drink
4. Chocolate protein, PB2 shake
5. HW protein drink
6. Meat balls and roasted squash/onions

Supplements and plenty of water.

Hope you all have a WONDERFUL Monday!

Hi Everyone!

I've started a new and tasty snack creation. Yoplait makes frozen fruit in a "Smoothie" package, its a variety of frozen fruit chunks and berries, you just throw it in the blender with milk and blammo, smoothie. This morning, I put together a strawberry banana and mango smoothie with vanilla Dannon Light and Fit, and some milk. Its REALLY good and thick and tasty, yet low cal and high protein. I think I need to invest in some flavorless protein power to add to the protein already in it from the yogurt and milk.

Cardio - Taking a break, worked hard yesterday.

Food -
B - egg and cheese on joseph's flax wrap
S - 1/2 my smoothie
L - Low Sodium turkey and cheese on joseph's flax wrap
S - 1/2 my smoothie and carrots
D - Turkey soft tacos
