Back On Track Together
Eating soup
I am happy to report that I am Back on Track. I needed to take control of myself and started off doing the 5DPT. I also started writting down everything that i am eating, not drinking 30 min prior and 30 min after my meals, getting in over 100g of protein and staying around 1200 cal.I plan to start using my gym membership too! It is very liberating to be in control again.
Question: Do any of you out there eat soup? I happen to love it but dont know if I should be eating it. If so, what kind do you recommend and how much,

I like to use left over beef roast to make beef veggie soup and have a 1/2 peanutbutter on wheat sandwich. Lots of protein and veggies. I eat that a couple of times a week. I too am getting about 100 g of protein a day. That includes 2 protein shakes a day. Don't forget to drink plenty of water and take your vitamins!
Thanks for your response. I hadn't thought about having 1/2 peanut butter sandwitch with my soup but that would supply protein and its something i know i would enjoy. I mention about taking myvitamins in as that hasn't been a problem nor has my drinking my water even when i was "backslding" in old eating patterns.
Hey Shockey,
Good to see that your BOTTing! It sounds like you have a good plan. Use that gym membership!!! I don't know why it took me so long to figure out that it really works! As far as soup goes, I make my own. There are so many carbs in the canned stuff.
Keep up the good work and keep on BOTTing!
