Wednesday Cardio & Cafe continued?
For some reason my system will not allow me to reply on Dreamgirls Cardio and Cafe thread. I have rebooted and still nothing. So here is my reply, as I feel the need to participate today and this time of day is my best chance. I apologize for a 2nd thread, but it can not be helped.
Today is Day #3 of my re-commitment. Although I had a rough plan for yesterday, my day did not go anywhere near what I had hoped. The company rep sent me a curve ball when he decided to try another restaurant for our meeting and the other smaller "meals" just did not happen at all. I found myself famished by the end of the day. I did make wiser choices than I would have previously, but it still was not where I needed to be in my plan. But on the up side, I was able to get in more than my minimum requirements for my fluids. So I do have a small victory.
Today is a new day and another chance to be successful in my plans. I have a busy schedule again today, but believe it can be managed.
I am again staying with my 6 mini meals and a minimum of 64 oz of water.
PB: black coffee (I have been limiting my intake so I will drink more water)
B: HW Strawberry/Banana shake mix w/a few frozen strawberries and a small banana
S1: Proti chili w Proti tomato soup
L: Salad w/chicken (meeting again, if no salad, then veg and chicken)
S2: Protein Bar (200-250 cal)
D: Salad w/diced ham
S3: Chocolite protein w/almond milk and fitnutz p-butter powder frapp
Today is predicted to be cooler, but the sun will shine. When the sun shines, everything looks much brighter in my world.

Working through the pre-op phase for a revision to a DS. I had my psych consult yesterday afternoon and hopefully sometime this week, my nutritional consult.
Today's meal plan:
B - 1 jumbo hard boiled egg with sliced radishes and unsweetened pineapple chunks.
L - roasted turkey breast over mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar.
D - spicy black bean burger with cauliflower.
S - chocolate rice cake with 1 TBS peanut butter and Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt.
Did 35 minutes on the elliptical and burned 385 calories. YAY!!
Vitamins and water too.
Hope this website improves soon. Yesterday evening I had a hard time getting on OH.

Whew, it will be nice when they get this site fixed. It is always painful when changes are made.
Ok, I have been better this week then previous weeks, did a couple days of liquids and back to eating regular today but keeping up with having protein drinks in am, I think that is key to my staying on track. Todays Plan:
B - Protein COffee
S - Protein Coffee
L - Beef sandwich (wheat bread)
S - Hummus and Celery
D - Chicken & Veggies
