Good morning Happylapbander and fellow BOTT'ers!
Got my 2nd round of measurements at the fitness center this morning, and YAY!! I'm losing inches left and right. I'm really firming/toning up. My trainer is happy with my results. I got weighed too - and lost since the past 2 weeks. On their scale, I weigh with my shoes on - so I know that I lost more.
Today is a hectic day at work. We are celebrating Doctors Day and also have our annual doctors meeting. So I will be running around most of the day to make sure that everything goes off smoothly.
Meal Plan
B - 1 jumbo hard boiled egg with sliced radishes.
L - with the docs! probably sliced chicken with green salad.
D - not sure yet
S - Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt.
Did my cardio this morning - 33 minutes on the elliptical and burned 360 calories! YAY!!
Vitamins plus water for the day.
Although it is rainy in Chicagoland, I am still a happy camper!

Hello everyone, I have to agree BOTT Rock's. I went for a wellness review yesterday at my DH's school, they do it every 6 months for employees and spouse's. When I went last October my numbers finally screamed at me and said to get it going and that is when I came back to OH and joined BOTT. Was this a godsend ! My Oxygen uptake was a point better, my body fat was 4 points better, my blood pressure was fantastic, my sugar level was still good, and my Cholestorl was better ! All of my numbers improved, now I just need to change the bodyfat number which will take lots more excercise. I don't like the current number so need to get moving more !

Yes, we did, it was awesome. The weather was great until the trip home, good timing but bad for the drive ! Of course I didn't get to play golf because of the restrictions I had at the time, but I am making up for that now ! The weather here in Michigan has been awesome, I'm sure it will turn cold and then I will be back to reality...LOL
