Wow, what a stormy night! I didn't get much sleep between the storms and my pup, he is so frightened of storms! I'll be working out later this morning. My food for today:

Hope everyone is doing well. Yesterday was my final day at my old job and I'm looking forward to a week off. The weather is great and I got in a lot of walking yesterday that showed on the scale this morning. I'm back to weighing myself daily..it keeps me focused. I'm also fighting a nasty head cold, but I refuse ti let it get me down; this is the first cold I've had since my surgery. What a bummer! Feeling okay and glad to be stress free and back on track!

Looking forward to a great day. Hope that everyones plans and expections for the day are successful. I plan to get cardio done today, I have been slacking again . I am back on track for April except for an occasional slip due to bringing home 2 large bags of Garretts popcorn (carmel and cheese mix) while in Chicago last week. I limiting myself to two days on and two days off, so far I'm good. Today is the second day off.

I almost got drenched this morning on my way to work. Ugh!! My workout lasted longer and I was almost late to work. That's me racing to work! LOL.
I heard the storms last night too. Well, it's better than a snowstorm.
Today's meal plan:
B - egg beaters, southwestern style 1/2 cup with a cup of fresh strawberries.
L - roasted chicken breast over mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar.
D - turkey or boca burger with cauliflower and broccoli.
S - Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt.
Water and vitamins! Tonight I have my condo board meeting and will watch the Biggest Loser when I get home.
This week is flying by.....

Deb, Just last night while the storm was blasting away I said to my DH, I'm glad none of our 5 dogs are afraid of all of this. Sorry yours doesn't like them.

I plan on taking a walk since I can't go to the gym for 6 wks (just had surgery not WLS related).
I am going to post my menu but I never did one before and I see it's a lot compared to you all. It has all the stuff my dietician wants such as f/v & carbs, etc. WIll someone help me make changes to get under 1000 calories?
