Back On Track Together
First timer
Hello, just want to admit (on-line) that I have gained 20 pounds in the last few months! I have stayed @ 133-135 for 4 years and now it is like I just can't get satisfied. Not sure why. I guess I just let my guard down and not exercising. No excuses, but needed to be accountable somewhere. I really fill like I have failed. I am getting back on track and taking control as of now! So.....forgive yourself for being a human being - Yes, I know it can be a terrible inconvenience, but we are more or less stuck with it.
You are off and running on the right road to correcting your mistakes Celebrate (in a non-food way, of course) I hope you find this site as helpful as I have. I didn't get here for a daily post last week and, sure enough, I got off track - big time. I'm back now. Not only do I need to plan and write down my food plan, but I need to come here as a way of holding myself accountable.
