MONDAY - Cardio & Cafe

If I am to get back to posting, I'm going to have to do it before my work day begins.  For some reason, I really hate to be the one to start this thread (see, making sense isn't the minimum daily requirement for being a human being LOL), but the facts are I  need to post to hold myself accountable and if that means starting the thread - so be it.

EXERCISE:
I walked 2 miles and climbed down 7 flights of stairs.  I have a 5K walk scheduled both this Sat and next Sat.  Since I'm just getting back to walking, I did not think I would be able to make the full 5K, but now I think I might - slow, but steady.  My exercise today will be stairs and short distance walks as I have errands to run after work which invole buying food that needs to be refrigerated and once I get home, I just don't go back out - to walk or for any other reason.

FOOD:
B - Nature's Path blueberry oatmeal - 150
      Unjury vanilla protein - 100
      Whole flax seeds - 90
S - HW choc drink - 80
      HW choc drink - 80
L - Sea Fare crabmeat - 120
Finn multigran thin crisps - 40
      HW choc drink
S - HW choc drink - 80
      HW mango mingle - 160
D - Cajun Grill smoked port & crawfish sausage - 315
Del Monte french cut green beans - 70 cal
      HW choc drink -80

CALS - 1445                  CARBS - 84g                  PROTEIN - 189

Thank goodness for BOTT POWER!

Good morning fellow BOTT'ers.

It's been a busy weekend. I'm happy that things are going back to normal. I had to exercise the past two Saturdays - instead of Sundays as the fitness center was closed yesterday for Easter and last week, I was in Indiana over Saturday night.

I lost 1.4 pounds last week. I am happy about it because it wasn't a perfect week for me. I can see that I am losing inches as my clothes are getting looser and my tummy is getting flatter. YAY!!

I am still looking into a revision surgery to a DS with Dr. Rabkin in San Francisco. I want to be able to lose this weight once and for all; be able to take NSAIDS and not worry about the calorie count as much. I know that protein and diligence with vitamins are utmost with a DS.

Well, I upped my ellipitcal exercise today. Now I am doing 33 minutes straight!  Once I get to 35 minutes, then I plan on adding another level of resistance - a little at a time.

My trip to Austria is only 75 days away.

OK - Food plan for today.

B - 2 slices low fat Lorraine cheese, 1 white cheddar ricecake and radishes.
L - Boca burger crumbled over a mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar.
D - shrimps with cauliflower and broccoli.
S - Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt.

Of course, vitamins and water!

Happy BOTT Day everyone.

Lucy
