I know not many folks post on the weekend, but I have not been doing well since I haven't been posting every day.  So I'm here to keep myself accountable, and if others join me GREAT, and if they don't I'll have had my therapy for the day.

I was HORRIBLE today. I ate a small piece of cake, cheese and ham quiche (that isn't so bad.), One slice of ham with pizza tomatoes (that 's low fat though.) and a about 1/4 of the hubbys hamburger.
