Good morning BOTTers,
I wanted to get on and post since I missed yesterday and totally blew my eating.  I'm going to workout this morning for my 60 min. of cardio.  My food plan:
Breakfast - Protein drink
Lunch - ""
Snacks - ""
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage w/b.s. splenda
Bedtime - protein drink
I'm trying to make up for my eating yesterday.

Good morning! Today I am having:

Protein shake

Protein shake

Turkey breast/celery& tomatoes

Protein shake and whey crisps

Buffalo burger with salad

Smart Forme protein cocoa or soup

I'll be walking for exercise and taking all vitamins and getting in lots and lots of fluids.   Hopefully I'll be updating my ticker soon.

Hi BOTT

Doin ok today hope you are too. 
Took my vitamins and drank my liquids but I'm a little behind on my cardio.

Menu:
2 cups of tea, 1 cup of coffee w/creamer, 32oz powerade zero
B- Blueberry Greek Yogurt
Snack - Orange
L - 2 pcs of pepperoni, 1 slice cheese and about 10 cheez-it crackers
Snack - Stick pretzels
D - Homemade chicken salad
32 oz water
Since the weather is changing I am going to start making a protein drink in the mornings.  It worked well for me at the beginning of my weightloss journey.

Good Afternoon everyone.

I didn't get around to posting this morning but will catch up now. 

Today is not my normal day to weigh myself, I think my scale is playing an "April Fools" day joke on me, it showed me down 8 pounds from 10 days ago.  I know that is possible for some people but for me and my last week of eating, there is no way in HECK ! ! !  I sent an email to my DH to see if there was some way he rigged the scale (it isn't like him to do a prank) and he said no.  I think my scale knows the date somehow, I will have to step back on it tomorrow to see how this happened.  It can't be true.  I think my scale is probably broken, I will have DH weigh himself when he gets home, see if he lost weight!  So no praises going on in my stuff, cuz I don't believe it, I'm sure tomorrow I will be back up those 8 pounds!  (but if it is back to normal, *sigh* there will be some disappointment)  onward -
