Good Morning BOTT Family,

This has been a rainy start to our week, but forecasters predict the sunny will return soon.  Hope everyone had a great Monday.  I celebrated my 61st birthday yesterday and what a day it was.  Of course I over did it a little bit yesterday; they had a surprise birthday and fair well party for me yesterday.  I was crying all over the place!  Well, the celebration continues today as my sister, my neice and my great neice are taking me to lunch today.  Wanted to do Red Lobster, but have to settle for Olive Garden...my neice is allergic to shell fish.  Will try to stay as close to my plan as possible!

Dreamgirl it good to be alive and healthy.  I'm happy that you are making the most of it.  I look forward to getting older.  I am 56 looking forward to many more.  Enjoy Olive Garden.

Salami w/cheese on 1 piece of sandwich thin

2 boiled eggs.

Good morning Dreamgirl. Hope you had a great birthday and best wishes for the coming year!

My exercise is done for the day. I had my workout with the trainer and she sure worked me hard today.

I'm so busy at work and home. Would love a long relaxing vacation. Can't do it now.

Today's meal plan:

B - cottage cheese with radish and tomato slice.
L - shrimp with mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar.
D - turkey burger with vegetables.
S - Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt

Vitamins and water as well.

Yesterday went well so I'm doing shakes and salad with chicken today.  I have class tonight, so I should not have  too much trouble, but I have Ostrim sticks in my purse in case the munchie****

Happy birthday, Dreamgirl!  You know what they say -- 60 is the new 50 -- so, happy 51st!  :)

Today was my day off of working out.  That is a good thing, since my fitness level has increased, which means the machines are really going to make me work tomorrow.  This should be interesting.

L:  Salad and 1/3 mixed cheese quesadilla
S:  Protein shake w/fresh strawberries
D:  Greek yogurt w/GoLean cereal and strawberries
