New to group and back on track

Well here I am,   I am back to the basics.  I try and walk 4 miles a day and FINALLY saw the WLS registered dietician on Friday.  I have a good plan and hope to work it.  Happy to be in a place to move forward.  My weight has gone up to 216 from my lowest of 166.  I would be content at 180 so that is my first goal.  Well maybe my first goal will be below 200, anywhooo, I am back and back on track!  etting ready to head out for my 4 mile walk!

I'm in the same boat and now trying to stay BOT! You couldn't have found a better place to be !
