Happy Monday!
I hope that everyone had a good weekend. I was able to switch my winter clothes with the spring/summer clothes. I'll be going to the gym later this morning. My food plan:
Breakfast - protein drink
Lunch - protein drink
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - chicken w/salad
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Good for u. U have a plan for today and it sounds like a good, reasonable plan. Perhaps that is what i need to do too...plan. i used to do it all the time and reading ur post reminded me that planning is so important to our continued sucess. Good morning Deb and fellow BOTT'ers!
I had a great weekend. Saw the Bowser and Crystals - ShaNaNa at the Blue Chip Casino in Michigan City, Indiana. The concert was wonderful. Good old 50's and 60's music. I won a nice jackpot at the casino and it's going in the bank today!
Same weight as last Monday. I went to weigh****chers on Saturday and nothing! Ugh!! But, I can tell my clothes are a lot looser and I am definitely down a size of clothing.
Today I did my elliptical and added 2 more minutes. Now I am up to 32 minutes straight! YAY!! That's how I am first thing in the morning.
B - 2 slices lo fat lorraine cheese with a white cheddar rice cake, radish slices, and 3 strawberries.
L - slices of roast and corn beef over a mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar.
D - maybe a black bean veggie burger with vegetables.
S - Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt.
Vitamins and water for the day!

I am planning on doing mostly shakes today and maybe a salad this evening. I didn't eat bad this weekend, but a little too much calorie wise. I'll be walking at lunch hour for exercise. I am really looking forward to good weather so I can get outside and ride my bike or go trail walking in a park. I heard it's supposed to be up to 80 degrees F on Friday here in Indianapolis. I am SO ready for it.

Cardio - Last friday I got all the way to 25 minutes on the eliptical, today going for 30 minutes, then I will start increasing the intensity. Feel great, love it !

After a busy weekend getting things done outside before the rain set in, I am having to stay indoors today because of it. It poured out last night, so no yard work today. That is okay...all in good time.
Worked out this morning, and had them adjust my future workouts to make it tougher. I have a knee that isn't happy, but I am going to get a knee brace today so it doesn't slow me down. Today's calorie burn: 1079.
Food:
B: Muscle Milk Light
L: Carnitas and refried beans
S: Protein shake
D: Greek yogurt
S: Protein shake

Guess we all made the clothing switchout this weekend. All is well with me and glad you all are doing well too.
Just walking today. Took my vitamins and drank 1 powerade zero working on my 32 oz of water.
Today's menu consisted of cinnamon covered almonds, egg salad w/crackers, carbwell yogurt and left over moo goo gai pan.
