MSBFGE - 26 Days to go.....quitting, kinda, sorta
Hey Everyone
It's FRIDAY and we are ready to party I usually come here and share my weekend battle plan but I have decided to kinda, sorta quit for now. My DH is facing possibly losing his job and my stress eating is winning the war right now. I have not slept in days and that has a big effect on ones control.
Not going on a bender or anything, but just can't seem to focus. I lost 8 pounds and still have time before the trip. I have not owned a body garment since losing weight but may end up getting one for the trip. I want to lose about 20 pounds to get back to where I want to be, and will do so....
You guys have been AWESOME! I am not going anywhere, still will post and you guys keep it going, and help me help you. I don't want to gain anything I have lost and when this "issue" passes I will be able to focus on ME again.
I think the lack of sleep is having a big impact on me. Thank goodness it's the weekend.

I have my fingers crossed but the waiting is terrible. The boss is suppose to come in this weekend. If he still has his lap top then I know he is ok. He was fired once before and man they come in and take your laptop first thing...

Kathy, you need to sleep!
I have been where you are and when I finally got sleep I was able to put everything back into prospective (sort of). It took a few nights of Tylenol PM to get me back to the right frame of mind.
Please do not wait too long to get some much needed sleep. You are not a Quiter. You are the AWESOME one. You inspire all of us.

I hope things begin to look up for you and your husband, Kathy. It is a frightening time with jobs, and I hope that the news you two get is good news. Remember to take care of yourself through this. Stress, as I am sure you know, can really work against us....don't let it win!
