Good morning fellow BOTT'ers!

YAY, it's Friday and the weekend is here.

It's been a very busy week for me with doctor visits. All is well.

Today I am off to an all day meeting so I am checking in early.

Exercised 32 minutes on the elliptical straight!  Added 2 minutes this week. YAY!!  I am always on the go!

Tomorrow is weigh****chers and workout. I'm going to a Rock and Roll concert with Sha Na Na on Saturday at the Blue Chip Casino in Michigan City and staying over night. So I am doing my Sunday exercise on Saturday. Sunday will be my day of rest!

I can't tell you how much better I feel since been BOT.

Today's meal plan:

B - cottage cheese with cucumber slices and white cheddar rice cake.

L - bringing tuna packed in water and a small salad to my meeting. Lunch is being provided but I want to make sure I have pouch worthy protein food.

D - shrimps with vegetables.

S - Lite & Fit Dannon Yogurt.

Vitamins and water for the day.

It's going to be a busy weekend for me!

So happy Friday is here! 

For today, I have:

Protein shake
Fish cakes
 
Sprouted mung beans
Turkey pepperoni
 
Protein shake

Chicken with salad

SF fudgesicle (Blue Bunny)


Exercise will be walking.  I'm working on water and all vitamins are in except calcium, which I space out over the day.  Has anyone tried the new Raspberry chews from Bariatric Advantage?  I LOVE THEM!  Yum!

Lucy, Good Luck at the casino!  Well, my doc called and said that all of my bloodwork looks good.  He also said that it's hard to detect adhesions, so I guess I'll have to wait it out.  Oh well, maybe it will just go away. 
I'll be working out this afternoon.  My food plan:
Breakfast - fage
Lunch - 1/2 peanut butter sand. on low carb bread
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - cheese enchilada w/ff beans
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Hi Lucy and fellow BOTTers!

Lucy I loved Sha Na Na when I was a kid.  I had not thought of them in a long time. I know you will have a BLAST!

I woke up this morning feeling like someone beat me in my sleep.  I don't think there is an inch of my body that does not ache!  Darn that ninja!  I sincerely hope I am not coming down with anything.  I don't have a fever or anything else.

My day has progressed as follows:

1. 2 hard boiled eggs
2. 1/2 steak,onion, pepper and provalone omelet
3. HW bean casserole
4. "Bucks" iced venti SF soy latte
5.  not sure but protein around 200 cal
6.  Protein Smoothie

My weekend is going to be filled with gardening, as long as the weather holds.  Still about 17 bags of mulch to spread (put out 15 last weekend) after pulling weeds out of the beds...mowing...painting some more fencing...spring is here!

Worked out this morning and thought for sure it was going to show that my workout was "weak!"  When I checked my report -- burned 1479 calories!!!  WOW...I almost fell over.  Soo...good start to the day.

Food:

B:  Muscle Milk Light RTD
L:  Black bean soup, 1/2 mixed cheese quesadilla
S:  Fresh fruit
D:  Greek yogurt
S:  Protein bar
