Good Morning, it's been a while since I posted but have been sticking with the program. We had a great time on vacation and I was impressed that almost every restaurant we went to served organic and gluten-free food. It was such a wonderful change to not feel bloated and yucky on vacation from all the fatty, fried food. I went to Starbucks for a little SF Cinnamon love this morning and discovered a few drinks in that is was not SF and have been dumping like a big dog for the last hour.

Cardio: Hoping for some quality time with the treadmill after work

Food:

B-Egg Beaters w/taco meat, pepperjack cheese & beans
S-Few sips of SB coffee
L-Tuna Casserole
S-Cottage Cheese
D-NY Strip & potatoes

Hope everyone has a Happy Hump Day and that the sun is shining wherever you are.

I'm doing well.  Increasing my calories and meaating more iron-rich foods seems to have solved my energy drain problem.

Slimbing stairs and walking.  Since I don't get a chance to post until I get home from work, it seems kind of pointless to list my foods.  Will just affirm I am staying just below my maxiumum calorie count to maintain.  And it's working.

Heya and morning, all!

Finally got a decent night's sleep last night, and my thirst has died down now that I'm rehydrated. Yesterday I decided weather be damned, I had to walk. So I did laps inside my building, and every time I passed the quiet room, I went in and did 20 crunches and 10 push-ups on the wall. I liked it and think it should become a regular thing.

Cardio - Laps

Food -
B - 4 sausage and pepper mini crustless quiches (ala Eggface)
S - Baby carrots
L - Ground Turkey, taters and gravy (deconstructed shepherd's pie left overs)
S - Apple
D - Think I may be alone tonight, may have to improvise
