Hope all are ready to get our cloudy Tuesday started. (At least it's cloudy in my part of Kentucky)
Plans are to make today work for me. What are your plans and/or goals?
Vitamins taken, 20 minutes cardio completed and 64 oz water in progress.
Menu as follows, dinner is optional, maybe a protein bar.

Todays plan:
B - Protein Drink
S - Protein Drink
L - rolled ham and cream cheese
s - almonds
D - Chicken and veggies.
Cardio - hopefully 30 minutes on Eliptical. Yesterday was my first day back on it in 6 weeks and I was thrilled that I was able to do 15 on the easy setting, so today I am going to pu**** to 30 minutes on the same setting, maybe next week I will be able to increase the setting. Woo Hoo !

D - Chicken and veggies.

Good morning BOTT'ers!
Yes, it is a grand day.
Today I had my 1st weigh in and measurement day at Body Empowered Fitness - 2 weeks since I started. WooHoo!! I lost 10 pounds, several inches - I can't remember everything and my BMI went down. Working out with a personal trainer is just what I needed to help me get BOT!
I was so depressed this weekend when I didn't lose anything and it looked like I was going to have a small gain - so I didn't go to weigh****chers.
Yesterday's visit with my WLS was also terrific! My blood pressure is down, my BMI is down and I lost 7 pounds (since my last visit with him). He told me to keep up with the trainer, my other exercise, and stay within 800-1000 calories a day. I will be seeing him in another month.
Today was my workout day. Learned new exercises and my legs sure feel the burn!
B - hard boiled egg, red roasted pepper, white cheddar rice cake and 4 strawberries.
L - 1/2 turkey burger over mixed green salad and balsamic vinegar.
D - not sure yet.
S - Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt.
Water and vitamins.
