Monday Cafe and Cardio

Good afternoon, All:

What a busy, busy weekend.  Though I didn't work out on Saturday and Sunday in the gym, I did spend both days working like crazy in the yard...hauling, pulling, installing, painting fences, fixing beds...the list goes on and on.  I am so sore, I took the day off from working out.  Still a lot to do, but it is raining today, so I am going to kick back.

Food:

B:  Protein bar
L:  Carnitas and refried beans
S:  Protein shake
D:  Greek yogurt w/ Go Lean and blackberries
S:  Protein pudding

Still no movement with the scale.  I am seeing my surgeon tomorrow, so I am going to talk with him about it to see what he says.  I am frustrated, to say the least...but still determined to get the rest of the weight off.  I keep telling myself that I will have a breakthrough soon if I keep working at it.  (Fingers crossed!)
