 BOTT

For some it's snowy and for others it's rainy but for all of us it's another day to Be On Track Together.
I'm hoping we all have a successful Sunday.
I have taken my vitamins, had 2 cups of tea w/honey and lemon (fighting a cold).  My cardio will consist of riding my stationary bike and light weight lifting.  Water intake is never a problem.
Food intake will probably be bacon, low carb yogurt, guacamole salad, fish and sweet potato.
Take care and have a great day.

Good Morning BOTT Family,

Hey Z, I'm sorry you're not feeling well, but it sounds like the hot tea & honey is a really soothing combination.  Feel better soon.

Well family I'm back.  My job and life situations have finally taken a turn for the better and I'm also feeling better about the prospects and the putcome.  Of course my eating had been wacked and out of control, but I woke up this morning with a new start and feeling a whole lot better about things in general.   My plans for today...

Hi Z,
Don't let that cold get hold of you!  Well, I was doing so good until I went to Walgreens.  There they were, calling my name.  Peeps, yep, those cute little guysBunny1.gif.   I checked the calorie and carb count and thought, hmmm...  I've been pretty good, so I did it.  I ate them and they were so good.  Nice, sweet and crunchy.  So now I'm off to the gym.  I'll add an extra 10 minutes to my workout to cover little treat.  Otherwise my food plan:
Breakfast - egg, 2 slices bacon
Snack - 2 slices of apple w/peanut butter
Lunch - peeps!
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - baked chicken, 1/4 of a sweet potatoe
Snack - crepes w/strawberries
Have a great day!
