Sorry about your snow Deb.  It's suppose to be sunny again here in KY.
Cafe and vitamins completed, still working on water and cardio.

Breakfast - 1/2 cup grits, 2 slices bacon and 1 egg
2 cups of coffe w/creamer
Lunch - pepperoni and horseradish cheese

Just wanted to check in for today.  Since it's 8:50 p.m. at my house won't post my food other than to say it was under 1400 calories so all is well in that dept.  Wore myself out shopping today (now that's my idea of the perfect exercise)
Deb, we are having great weather today, but the rain is to come in overnight - don't think we will have any more cold (by our standards) weather - just glooming, a little cooler, and icky.  Spring Breakers are here - anticipate next week will be the big influx.  Then we have a lull until Memorial Day when the summer tourist season begins.

Peace and joy to you all

Didn't get to the gym today, but did stay active all day doing laundry, cleaning the house and doing my grocery shopping.  Bought a ton of yogurt at the store.  Plan is to grab a yogurt for a snack rather than something nutrionally empty.

Breakfast - 1 svg coco wheats, 1 sl bread, 1 tbsp peanut butter
lunch - 2 sl bread, 3 oz chicken breast, 1 sl fat free cheese, 1 tbsp mustard, lettuce and tomato
snack - 2 sl bread, pickles
dinner - 1 svg pot pie (homemade), 2 strawberries

Calories - 1325
Protein - 89

Looking forward to a good, nutritional and low cal Sunday.
