Thursday - 911, 611, 411 - BOTT

Hi BOTTers,

Since we've expanded on our 911 thread to include 611 and 411, I think it fits us for whatever is going on.

911 - HELP!!
611 - Need to share an issue, challenge
411 - Need to share or want information

My 411 is that I'm back on track with my eating.  I'm so black and white; do or not doing (yes, extremes) that if I'm not back to my one hour workouts five days a week then I haven't been working out.  Moderation hasn't come easy to me.  Now I'm working out three days a week for 30-45 minutes and that feels right.  I plan on bumping it up to four to five days a week in the next week or so.  My dog is black and white but rarely is life like that.

Thanks for the clarification!! I wasn't sure which "11" I was supposed to use!

Thanks, too, for sharing your workout plan. Sounds very do-able. I was thinking black and white, as well, and that I'd have to do 2 hours a day/7 days a week. I think I can live with this.

Cathy....think we're twins who were separated at birth. I too am a person of extremes. When I'm focused and on track...I am sooooo neurotic...working out twice a day at times. logging on dailyplate AS I'm eating. Then theres the other spectrum...miss an entire week of workouts and don't visit dailyplate for weeks on end. Why can't I just be a middle of road type person...HUH?????? Well it's 8:30 am...DH and Spawn of Satan(chihuahua) are asleep on couch. After finishing this post...gonna change into sweats;grab the iPOD and go to the gym...24 hour access...all excuses are null and void...just saying!
