Thursday - Cafe and Cardio
Good morning BOTTers!
Happy Thursday! I have a full day ahead. I get my second round of my permanent eye brows today. Sitting for 3 hours is really hard for me to do. I feel like I should be doing something constructive during that time. Especially since it's suppose to hit 70 today!
Snow possibly this weekend, Chicago weather is crazy!
I'll be hitting the gym later this afternoon. I'm doing 90 minutes of cardio, 30 on elliptical, 30 treadmill and 30 recumb bike. I feel great when I'm done! My food plan:
Breakfast - protein drink
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ricotta cheese
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - T.J's buffalo burger w/salad
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
Bedtime- protein drink

Good Morning Deb and all. Wow, 3 hours, that would be tough, but think of the rewards, beautiful eyebrows! ! Well worth every minute I'm sure.

S - Protein Drink
L - Boiled Eggs (2) 1 slice wheat bread
S - Almonds
D - Chicken and veggies
Water, lots of water, last nights supper of cornbeef and cabbage makes a person thirsty !
Cardio - 30 minutes walking
Have a beautiful day !

When I first read your exercise plan for today, it did look like 3 hours of exercise, but then I re-read it - 30 of each. WTG!! I know I am pooped after 30 minutes on the elliptical.
Good luck with your second round of permanent eyebrows. Pray that all goes well.
Today's plan:
B - 2 slices lo fat Lorraine cheese with sliced radishes and cheddar cheese rice cake.
L - yummy turkey burger crumbled over a mixed green salad,
D - not sure
S - Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt, a chocolate rice cake with a tablespoon of peanut butter - Yummo!
Exercise - workout with trainer after work since I came from Indiana this morning.
Vitamins and water. It will be a great BOTT day. Weekend is coming.

Getting back in the routine after vacation is murder. If only I would not get out of the routine while on vacation it would be much easier but, oh well.

(Have to attend a wine and cheese event, so will have a little cheese in there)
D: Greek yogurt, canteloupe
S: Protein pudding
