Good morning!
The weather has been beautiful.  I find myself wanting to get outside to do some spring cleaning!  I plan on working out later this morning.  I've really amped up my cardio to about 1-1/2 hours.  Needless to say, now I have to up my calories to accommodate the extra burn.  My food plan:
Breakfast - 2 slices of Ezekiel raisin toast
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - beef w/sliced tomatoes 
            apple w/cheese slice
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - chicken w/salad and veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
Before bed- protein drink

B Scrambled Egg
S - Protein Drink
L - Protein Drink
S - Protein Drink
D - Cabbage and Corn Beef !

No cardio, need to get out of work early so won't take my usual hour lunch.

For me today, I plan the following:

Protein shake
Protein coffee
2 boiled eggs/sf sweet pickles
Water
Chicken breast
Salad
 
Carbmaster yogurt/wheycrisps
 
Tilapia/veggies
Protein shake

I am making a little progress and I think it is due to the old advice of upping protein and water.  I've also been experimenting with jus****er and not Crystal light and it really does seem to help.  I love the sweet taste, but it seems to make me more hungry, and I do not need THAT.

Good morning Deb and fellow BOTT'ers!

Happy St. Patrick's Day to all.

B - 1 jumbo hard boiled egg with roasted red pepper and white cheddar rice cake.

L - Lean chicken slices with radishes and cucumbers.

D - chili

S - Fage 0% fat yogurt with SF cherry preserves.

Vitamins and water. Did 30 minutes on the elliptical this morning.

All decked out for St. Patrick's Day. Going to the casino later day for some fun time.

Good afternoon!

Exercised this morning, and spent some time talking to the trainer about metabolism, etc.  It was a good discussion full of information.  :)

Exercise:

45 minutes of circuit training, 10 minutes of stretching, 5 minutes of weighted hoola hoop

Food:

S:  Protein bar
L:  Black beans, some salad, small portion of a mixed cheese quesadilla
S:  Chocolate coconut protein shake
D:  Greek yogurt w/ GoLean cereal
S:  Protein pudding
