Need some advice...
Hi, All:
I have been working out regularly for several weeks, and have increased my workouts quite a bit -- strength training 3 times a week, now I am going for 5 every week. Cardio is worked in there, along with stretching.
The computerized workout that follows what I do is seeing me burning anywhere from 1050-1200 calories per workout! I spoke with the trainer today because I couldn't imagine that it is right, and she explained that it is true, based on the workout they have me set on....and we went through everything. Sooo....since I am only taking in anywhere from 1100-1200 calories per day, I am wiping out whatever calories I take in.
I have stopped losing weight. I am getting in all of my fluids, and then some, I am getting in over 100g of protein a day. I faithfully take my supplements every day.
My trainer suggested that I am in the starvation mode, that I should up my caloric intake to see if that makes a difference, and "change up" my workout routine to see if that will help.
I would love to hear what your thoughts are.
Thanks! :)
