Tuesday Cardio - Cafe
O.K., I can't go on another moment unless I post what I ate and plan on eating. I worked out today for 1 1/2 hours of cardio. My food plan:
Breakfast - protein drink
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - peanut butter on low carb bread w/no guilt chips (just because they're baked, but I have guilt!)
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - filet w/veggies
Snack - fage w/splenda brown sugar
I had a rough day yesterday, my period is right around the corner... So I'm posting my food before I get any other ideas about excess snacking!
