Haven't really gone anywhere, just a very busy couple of weeks!  I continue to BOTT everyday, but some days are harder than others - nothing new there.  I am down another 2 pounds - 26 pounds altogether since Dec. 15, 2009!  I've upped my days of going to Curves to at least 4 times a week.  One of the things they do is take your measurements once a month.  I've lost 12 inches since Jan. 12, 2010!!!  My "unwritten" goal of being able to buckle the airplane seat belt in June is going to be met!!!

A couple of things that I have found that are working for me are:  keeping a daily food diary, tracking calories and protein intake; keeping a "stash" of 100-calorie pack treats just for me; and I have a device called "cal-trac" that does a good job of estimating how many calories I use up in a day.  So I subtract my food diary calories from the cal-trac calories in order to know where I'm at in the process.  All of this is really helpful to me.  I have also started using a pedometer.  My average steps per day is over 4000, and the goal is to increase the number of steps each day.  Don't know if that will happen, but it is another way to check on my daily exercise, especially since spring is almost here and yard work beckons!!  I will be glad to get back outside on a regular basis!

Hope everyone is well and BOTTing right along - have a good week!

Hi Julie,

You are doing awesome!!  Losing the weight and inches you have is amazing.  Congratulations!  I have no doubt that you'll sleep into that airplane seat comfortably with space to spare on the seatbelt.

Thanks for your very inspirational post.  I needed it today!!

Hi Julie. Congratulations on your success.  I have no doubt that you will fit comfortably in the airplane seat and have some extra room with your seatbelt.

Ah, the benefits of BOTT are plentiful and wonderful!

Have a wonderful day.

Julie,
N1yourock03.gif  26 lbs and 12 inches is fantastic!!!  It really is possible to lose and get back on track!  You're doing a great job with your new habits of keeping "stash" available for yourself.  We all need to do that for ourselves.  Keep up the good work!
Keep on BOTTing!
