I hope that everyone had a great weekend. I finally broke through my stall. Yeah, me! I'll be working out later this afternoon. My food plan:
Breakfast - protein drink
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - protein drink
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Hope everyone is well. I'm all unpacked and things seem to be getting back to "normal" in the new Martinez household. I've only got three boxes left to unpack.
Finally have my treadmill in place and I'm happy to say I'm back on it this morning. My food has been good up until yesterday. I was a mess. Couldn't stop "grazing" for the life of me.
So......I'm back and working on a plan for today. Just no way around it. I must have my WLS support....

Did my exercise this morning! 30 minutes on the elliptical. I'm kicking butt.
B - 2 slices low fat lorraine cheese
roasted red pepper and white cheddar rice cake.
L - thin sliced pork loin with mixed green salad
D - ??
S - Dannon Lite & Fit Blueberry Yogurt

I started the day off with a good workout, so I am ready for the day. My focus today is going to be protein....so, off I go.... :)
Exercise: 45 minutes of circuit training, stretching and weighted hoola hoop.
Food:
B: Muscle Milk Light RTD
L: Salad and mixed cheese quesadilla (1/2)
S: Protein shake
D: Greek yogurt and fresh fruit
S: Protein pudding and protein shake

Good afternoon all~
I'm here! Just posting later than planned. I'm very happy to report that even with my social weekend I still got my loss this week - 3 wks BOTT and down 8lbs and almost 3" in my waist. My lower back is really feeling the difference!!!!!
Cardio - did my 35 min with 30 sec intensity intervals
Strength - upper body w/dumbells
B-2 eggs poached w/ toast
S-Protein Drink
L-Chicken w/ cabbage salad 1/2
S- Small apple
D-Chicken w/ cabbage salad 1/2
Going away for a couple of days to visit friends at their country home so will have to plan really well. Have a great day all!
